Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I have tried literally everything I could think of on this printer and the scanning to email works, but it takes about 20-30 minutes for email to arrive in inbox. 


Scan Shortcut is set up with M365 service account. All checks out aside from the time it takes to receive that email with PDF. HP app is up to date. Drive is up to date. 

 

What else could it be?

It's possible there is not be anything more you can do on your side.

The traffic for this service is generally congested.

That it works at all is a good sign.

 

I cannot see that you included your Operating System / version.

 

If you have it available, 

Try / Consider

Use HP Smart to scan the content and "Share" that scanned content with one or more email recipients.

 

Example - HP Smart - Windows - Scan > Preset = Document > Share
