Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed my Photosmart Plus B209a on my HP laptop successfully, after forced to use the "Smart App" to do so. I can print from the computer, no problem, but i cannot print or scan using the app. I'm using a brand new HP laptop with Windows 10 64 bit. My printer/scanner is old but has worked perfectly until this smart app. any way to scan without using the app? Here is the message I'm getting from the app:

HP Smart cannot scan from this printer. Either no scanner was detected or HP smart is not compatible with the scanner in this printer.

HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a Printer driver for windows 10 is not available from the HP website. However, you can install the printer using windows built-in drivers.

HP Smart app is compatible only with Android, and iOS devices for your printer model.

Have you found the solution of this issue. Being the accountant of sniper reviews department every time I have to print different documents from mobile phone. But smart app is not working and I am trying different ways but all in vain. Even I changed mobile phone for this purposes but still facing the same issue. So if you found any solution so kindly share with us.
