Hi,

I would like to know if I can scan to a windows-share or to email directly from the printer.

If scan-to-mail is possible, can I setup a own mailserver?

No,

Direct Digital Filing to Email of Network Folder features are only available on select HP Officejet and Laserjet printers with a full-color touch screen display, not on Monochrome touch screen display of Deskjet or Smart Tank Printers.

 

You may scan to email with an email client software such as MS Outlook installed on your computer with the HP Scan Software, also the HP Smart app can be used to Scan to Email if the Microsoft Mail app is configured, or using HP Smart Tasks:
