Hello,

 

dont't know if it's the right board, if not, please move the topic.

 

I am expiriencing a weird issue with my Officejet Pro 9020. When I try to access Smart Tasks via the control panel on the printer it tells me "No connection between printer and server possible. Try again later" (translated).

 

I can access Smart Tasks from HP Smart at notebook and mobile phone. This error only appears when trying to access via the printer control panel.  Webservices says: connected to the internet.

 

I have already tried some measures, setting a static IP for example. That didn't fix the issue. 

 

Anyone who can help?

Nevermind. A firmware update solved the issue (at least for now).
