Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

HP 9020 is new from May 2023.

New streaks are showing when I scan from the document feeder.

There are NO streaks when I scan from the scanner glass.

I did the hard reset: unplug from both the printer and outlet, and then plugged both back in.

Streaks persist.

Please advise.

I did several resets of the HP 9025E and eventually the streaks self- disappeared.

That was curious in itself.

Thank you for your interest in this matter.

Hi,

there are 2 glass surfaces. The narrower glass surface must be cleaned. This is necessary for the ADF scan.

Clean a document scan feeder

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
