Hello Community,

 

Recently, the quality of my scans has deteriorated when using the ADF:

The quality of the use of the glass pad is still fine!

 

Do you have a tip for me on how to solve the problem?

HP Recommended

Clean ADF smaller glass ( 3). You have dirt on it that is causing that lines.
