We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I running The Aplicatión HP Scan and Capture for To Scan documents, apear a message "Use Menu Configuration to select Device. When I Click  to the option "Select Device" apear: HP Photosmart C4100 series Locally installed and then "Device no found".

I Installed de Aplicatión HP Print and Scan Doctor and all is OK, I scaned a Document without problems.

I Reinstalled de Aplication HP Scan and Capture again, but the problem doen´t solved.

 I thin that de problem was de Last Window Update  to 21H1 versión (Windows 10).

 Anny Sugestión about my problem or to any other aplication to Scan Documents???

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unbale to scan using scan and capture.

 

HP Photosmart C4180 All-in-One Printer driver for windows 11 is not available from the HP website. However, you can install the printer using windows built-in drivers

 

To use HP Scan and Capture you would need the HP printer software to be installed , as we do not drivers avaialble for your printer the application quit working.
