Hi, i am having the same issue with HP Smart app.. fax option does not load = blank white page. .. Lenovo PC, internet is connected, app is updated, stopped/turned off and back on, have toggled tile off/on, rebooted PC. It was working last week, sending fax hung up for hours - not sure if completed or not since page will not load any info now. The other tiles work [scan, print, settings.... but the help & support won't load either]
