Hello! I have a problem (I bought an HP LaserJet MFP M635 printer, everything seems to be fine with it, it works like clockwork. But still there is one thing, with two-way automatic scanning, it scans one page in color and the second in black and white. I did not find this description in the documentation why this is so. It is written everywhere that it can scan from both sides and color and black and white. but not where it does not say that there will be such an alternation and that some kind of scanner cannot scan in color. Either this is a strong deception of the manufacturer or my hands are growing from the wrong place. Tell me what I'm doing wrong?
