Something went wrong.  it seems that an error occurred before the sending process.  Please try and send again.  Try again      If you try again same error   Cancel says fax on way and phone icon pulses but it does not send,

  • Check your fax app settings: Make sure that you have entered the correct fax number and that the settings are configured correctly. Some apps may require additional configuration, such as adjusting the resolution or file format of the fax.
  • Confirm the recipient's fax number and compatibility: Ensure that the fax number you are sending to is correct and compatible with your mobile fax app. Some fax machines may require specific settings or formatting for the fax to be received correctly.
  • Check for app updates: Make sure that your mobile fax app is up-to-date with the latest version. App updates may include bug fixes or improvements that can help resolve issues with sending faxes.
  • Try an alternative fax app: If you are still having issues, try using a different mobile fax app. There are several options available that may work better for your specific needs and may have better compatibility with your device.

Thank you for the tips but NO it did not fix.  I am wondering where to find the "fax settings" other than the three dots ...  It worked for years and I was on with HP support, transferred 7 times and then disconnected.  I have reinstalled printer etc.
