J’ai dû réinstaller Windows 10 sur mon PC et du même coup j’ai dû réinstaller mon imprimante HP 5640 Envy. L’impression marche mais pas la numérisation, j’ai un message avec ces 2 liens qui s’affichent.

 

I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my PC and at the same time I had to reinstall my HP 5640 Envy printer. Printing works but not scanning, I have a message with these 2 links displayed.

Check Printer Connections:

  • Make sure the printer is powered on and ready.

Install HP Full Feature Software:

  • Visit the HP official website (https://support.hp.com) and navigate to the support page for your printer model.
  • Download and install the full feature software package for your printer model. This package usually includes the necessary drivers and scanning software.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Restart Your Computer:

  • After installing the software, restart your computer to ensure that all changes take effect.

Check for Windows Updates:

Hi,

My printer is connected via the USB cable

 

I installed the file Full_Webpack-40.15.1230-EN5640_Full_Webpack to support the printer from my PC.

 

Scanning works with HP Print and Scan Doctor, it also works via the printer screen, but it doesn't work from the icon created on the desktop. I still get the 2 screens sent when I initialize my area request.
