Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to start the David Scanner software with USB dongle plugged in. I get a message indicating no license file found. When I check the dongle I get a message stating that its unaccessible and is either corrupt or unreadable. Any advice? Assistance would be most appreciated.

This does not appear to be a an HP product, but if the key is corrupt or the license is missing then you will need to get a replacement key from the vendor by contacting their technical support. Keys do fail or corrupt, usually from being simply unplugged rather than being ejected through software.

I think I didn't fully describe something, because I'm pretty sure that it is now an HP product.

I have the same problem as with this post:

I found several similar posts in the forum. Unfortunately the links in it for the solution were all defect or the answer was written as a personal message.

Can you offer me the same help as in the other posts?
