I previously sent a fax from HP Smart.  I am trying to send the same document to another recipient and am unable to attach the pdf file on HP Officejet Pro 8600.   

 

Open HP Smart

Click Mobile Fax

Enter fax number, etc

Add file - search for it, select it and click Open

Message:  There was a problem uploading your file.  Please try again later.

 

Any suggestions?  Thanks!

I understand you are not able to send a PDF file via Fax. Have you tried sending any other files and check if the issue persists?

 

Make sure the HP Smart app is up to date.
