Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I recently purchased a hp Laserjet MFP 137fnw. to set up a copy shop.

 

However, i am unable to copy legal size documents. The writing keeps cutting off.

 

Can some one kindly advise me how I can get this done urgently. Am I doing something wrong with the settings.

 

I need your advise urgently.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

Copy is a function of the printer.

Reference:  User Guide

If the copy command does not support legal size paper to accommodate the legal size document (216 x 356 mm)

(then)

Use your installed Scan software and the ADF to scan a single sided document

Save the scanned content as a PDF file

Open the PDF document > Print as needed.

 

 Product Specifications for the HP Laser MFP 137fnw (4ZB84A)

 

Media sizes supported (metric)
A4; A5; A5 (LEF); B5 (JIS); Oficio; Envelope (DL, C5)
Media sizes, custom (metric)
76 x 127 to 216 x 356 mm

 

Note that you might have to create a Custom Paper Size form to print at this size.
