Product: HP Envy Photo all in one 7155 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to edit scans.  Tried to install recommended updates but install did not take place.  Printer 1 year old.

It does not have OCR software to go with it:

You can buy OCR software or try the following free products

 

  https://www.naps2.com/

  http://free-ocr-to-word.en.softonic.com/

HP Recommended

Because my need to edit PDF scans is so limited, I will try the free versions first.  Thanks for your help.  HP really should be solving this.  HP created the Envy, installed PDF capabilities and left out a VERY important feature.
