Unable to enable scan to e-mail function for OfficePro 9015

I followed the instructions for enabling the scan to email function on my new OfficePro 9015e (to include setting up a username and password).  When I tried to send a test message, an error code keeps coming back - incorrect credentials, check username and password and try again.  I changed all my HP passwords and username to the same ones and still no joy.

Hi, OfficePro 9015e may not have scan to mail option. But check their home page detailes because I was using it for the scaning of clash of clan download images  and it was showing such message that device don't have scan to mail option. Thats why we updated our office scanner so we can make our work easy.

Upgrading setup helps you to scan images or not? I also want to scan th3 base setup images of clash of clans for my clan but face the same issue. I have to upgrade it so i can send my secret bases to my clan members.
