The document paper jam is locked ... unable to reset. Power it down several times and still showing the messages.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing paper jam issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer.


Please follow the steps below to perform a reset on the unit:

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
6. Turn on the printer and try printing.
