Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I moved my server to another room. It was connected to my M281 via USB but now it is just a network connection.

when I run HP scan on the server it now says the Twain device is not found. I have tried to reinstall the device but the generic installs just say I have the wrong operating system. HP Smart application does not install.
