Lately I am unable to scan from hp 3632. I can print but I can't scan. Scanner doesn't appear in the menu when I use scan option. I am using Widows 11 on my Laptop.

Hi @SZA1,

 

1. Install the full feature software for the DeskJet Ink Advantage 3632 from https://support.hp.com/drivers (enter "DeskJet 3630").

2. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows) to fix the scan connection.

3. Or scan with the HP Smart app: https://123.hp.com
