Whenever I try to get support on https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers, I receive 

Unexpected error

Sorry, we’re having trouble loading information about your products right now. Refresh the page to try again.

This makes it impossible to update drivers and software.

I see your facing issues while access drivers through the support page .  

Could you kindly share the exact model of the unit ?

 Whether you are accessing the website from Windows or macOS ?

If you are using the serial number lookup or the auto-detect tool when the error appears.

 

Below are a few  steps you can try :

  1. Clear browser cache: Old cached data can sometimes block HP’s support portal from loading correctly.
  2. Try another browser and confirm.
  3. Disable extensions: Ad blockers or privacy extensions may interfere with HP’s product detection scripts.
  4. Use manual driver search: Instead of auto-detect, enter your product name/model directly.

If the issue persists, I can help you to download drivers directly from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page using your model number.
