OS is Windows 10 - but I don't know if it's 32 or 64bit - therefore unknown.

 

I bought this printer about 2 months ago and it's connected via LAN.

From day one everytime I started the printer, the app "Scan to e-mail" was not there

However, I found that when I updated the printapps via Apps, it appeared again for me to use.

 

Since yesterday this won't work anymore - System tells me it cannot update the printapps, try again later.

 

What should I do? I already re-installed the printer ... no result.

Hi @Whoopiee

 

If it's not able to update, it's either the Printer have disabled the Web Services or the HP Server is having issues.

Also, do ensure that the printer is connected to the network.

Have you setup the Scan to Email apps?

I've used Scan to email until the day before yesterday.

I've looked at the Youtibe video you suggested.

At 1.45min he arrives at updated print apps, I just get the notification : Failed to update, try again later ...

Sorry, this did not solve the issue.

Hi Dean,

 

Webservices were enabled and network connection was o.k.

However, I removed the printer from my account, then added it again and now it seems to be working again.
