Hello HP Community...
I've had the HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 for a few years now as it serves my needs. Literally since day one I set up the printer to store my email address so when I scan I can just click:
Scan > Computer > My email
...And it would scan to my computer. For whatever reason something changed and my email was deleted from the printer and I can't get it back there. On the printer it's saying, "Make sure the software is installed on the computer" (which it is)...And on the computer/"HP Smart" software under "Webscan" it's saying, "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer."
I have a 24-inch Mac (2022) so everything is modern/up to date so the hardware isn't an issue.
Can someone please help?
