I've spent hours now trying to find out how to scan more than 1 page into a document, which is what my 9 year-old Canon printer (which this replaced) was perfectly able to do (asking me to add another page, repeatedly, until I'd scanned everything and a single PDF scan was produced).
I get the impression via these frustrating hours of researching this for the HP OfficeJet that apple MAC users are very minimally catered for with this printer, which is enormously disappointing to experience in 2021.
Please advise if there is any way of getting this basic function (of scanning multiple pages into one document, rather than being restricted to one page, only) to work?!

I do not have an 8020 but a 9015 which is similar.
When using HP Smart, in the scan window, you should have an "+Add" button in the upper right corner between View and Edit.
This will allow you to add additional pages when scanning. Then you can save all the added pages into a single file.

Hi,
When I want to scan more than one page to my email there isn't an option to add more pages or a "+" that shows up. It just scans the one page and then tells me it has scanned to email.
Help! I hate this printer!
