Product: HP Scanjet 4850 Photo Scanner
I have a working Scanjet 4850 and cannot get it recognised by Windows 10 or 11 when trying to load the software from the disc. I am told that the computer cannot cope with the software. I want to continue to scan folio page size material and, although I could keep the old XP tower pc running for scanning, it would be much more convenient to run the Scanjet 4850 (and HP Image Zone etc) on my new machine. Are there any software patches to get the Scanjet to run under Windows 10 or 11?
