Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Using my HP Officejwet 4655 I am scanning a 3 page document using the feeder.  WHen complete and I send it to a folder each page saves in a different file.  I want to save all three pages in one file, like one document.  Can you please help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the scanning issue. 

 

To better assist you - What's the operating system installed on the computer? 

 

While you respond to that, you may also refer to the below documents -

 

Windows OS -

 

Refer to step# 3 and 4 listed under "Scan using the document feeder"

 

Mac OS - 

 

Refer to "Scan with Apple Image Capture"

To save multiple page documents or multiple images into a single file, select the PDF or TIFF format, and then select the box next to Combine into single document. This feature is only available with these formats.
