I have an 8610 all in one printer connected through a SPA112 VoIP Adapter. I am able to recieve Faxes but when I try to send it starts with dial tone and goes straight to a busy signal but continues to dial. Is the something I am missing, I have talk to my provider and they help me get it where I can recieve. I have another 8610 that I successfully used the fax with the SPA112 VoIP Adapter.

Hello, @rmarlow – Greetings!
Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.
Please check the VOIP fax settings here: http://hp.care/2fyuoOi
If the issue persists, you can try changing the settings for ECM, and Fax speed settings. You can check the settings here: http://www.voipmechanic.com/voip-fax-settings-hp.htm
NB: HP fax products are designed to work with ordinary analog phone service, HP cannot guarantee that the HP fax product will work with a VoIP service.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome
Cheers 🙂
