Yesterday I reported 3 queries to HP re my printer via HP Printer & Scanner Doctor , to date I have heard have not received any information apart from an acknowledgment yesterday. Any advise please.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

Personally, I was not aware that you can submit a Warranty request to HP Support using the Print Doctor.

 

That said, I don't use the Doctor -- I cannot comment on whether you should have heard back by now.

 

Should what you did not work for any reason,

If the printer is still in Warranty,

And

If you believe the issue is hardware - something covered by the limited hardware warranty,

Do contact HP Support -- submit a request for help.

OR

 

If your device is not in Warranty,

and / or

The device is in Warranty but the issue is not a hardware failure (as might be covered for repair),

then

You may ask for help here in the Community.

 

You (will) need to provide at least some detail on the printer model, the OS / version, what you think is wrong, and perhaps what you have tried to fix the issue on your own.

Reminders – READ

 

Online Case Submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.

 

Some (Most) regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online.

 

Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty.  Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.

 

HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.

 

If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.

 

Important

 

Never post private information in the HP Community!

 

Thieves are waiting - do not just hand out your privacy to their keeping.

 

HP Support does not free-post phone numbers for HP Support on the Internet.

 

Your computer is not full of bugs and you do not need to pay a fee for driver support.

 

Pay attention to where you are going.
