Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I use the feeder scanner, my copies have 2 vertical lines.   I do not have lines if I lift the tray and scan 1 page at a time. What can I do to fix this? I have gone through troubleshooting and feel like everything was wiped off correctly but the problem has not been fixed.

What is your printer model? That is quite important information.

You didn't clean good or cleaned the wrong part.
