I have an HP 8720 All in One. When I go to "Fax History" it shows how many Pages Sent/Time/Date, but does not show the actual PDF/File that was sent. Can't find anything on HP site or Internet addressing this issue. Any assistance on how to set or where they may be stored greatly appreciated.

@Sonorsigs, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

On the printer screen, go to Fax > Reprint > Received Fax List > Select the fax you would like to print and select Print.

For more info on saving fax, refer to page 57 of the user guide.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Kumar,

Thanks for your response, but I am not asking about faxes that I received. I am inquiring about faxes that I sent. The Sent Fax History Log of faxes gives I sent gives me a date, time, pages, but does not let me see the actual pages I faxed. How do I view those?

TIA,

@Sonorsigs

Apologies for the misunderstanding. The option to check the sent fax is not available. Sent fax report can be obtained but the content of that fax will not be stored.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
