Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have used the scan function on my Pavilion laptop and HP PSC 1300 printer since a long time.

Since the last Windows 10 update I cannot scan anymore. It always asks for the WIA driver.

I tied to download from Microsoft - did not work.

 

What can I do???

As you mentioned after the windows 10 update you are unable to scan from your printer anymore.

 

Don't worry and give this a try.

 

Download and install HP scan and capture app on your PC and try scanning again.
