Want to reduce size of a copy with a hp 7855 inkjet printer

I want to know if the hp 7855 inkjet printer has the capacity to enlarge and reduce the size of an image (JPG and PNG).  If so, how do I do that?

What the printer can do:

What to do?

If Copy does not include the Resize option,

Scan the content into the computer > save the file

Open the file using the appropriate software for the file type (Image / Photo or Document)

Print the file at the size you need
