Product: HP CLJM477 Scan driver
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

In the HP Scan software in some versions you can tag the scan file name with the date and time but for some reason the HP Scan software with the CLJM477 LazerJet doesn't give any options for that.  Anyone know why?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try this:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

 

Under the "Save as PDF", click on "More" (top right hand corner).

 

Under FIlename, click on the "+" sign beside File Name.

 

Example:

 

Scan with date0.jpg

 

Scan with date.jpg
