Product: Office jet pro 9015
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I had 8610 and 7640 prior with no issues, the rep was not helpful trying all of these complicated changes including telling me to call my internet provider. This seems to be an issue in how this printer is managed (SMART app I believe it is) vs something on my end as I have always had an HP printer with my Mac. I work in an office where I scan a high volume and am not looking for a workaround, if this is not possible I need a different machine.
