I just had to buy a new scanner eventually as I really need one I can use. Didn't get a HP one though due to the lack of support available here.

so bad... it is a windows driver issue, i have no problem using android app...

 

edit: i have just updated windows with may 2023 kb5026435 and it now work again, for that time i mean, i will try again on a next reboot
