What is my fax number?

Hello I use an HP printer. Windows set up my fax but they said to reach out to you to get the fax number so i can complete the test run.

IF you have a printer that includes FAX hardware, that is a built-in Fax, then -- if you do not have a separate FAX phone line installed -- your Fax number to send / receive faxes is your landline phone.

Fax is old (been around for years) -- and still widely used.

If your printer includes FAX hardware, the feature is likely fully explained in the printer's user manual.

Most printers with FAX dedicate an entire chapter explaining how to set up and use Fax - many manuals include an auxiliary section for Fax troubleshooting.

What else?

If you have a printer that does not have FAX hardware, then you are perhaps using HP Mobile Fax.

At this writing, HP Mobile Fax does not support receiving Faxes.
