I am using my iPad OS  18.3.1 .  I just purchased an HP Laser Jet Pro MFP 3101sdw. If I try to copy an original with 2 sided text, it skips every other page of the original document ?  When I go into "copy document settings" , it is defaulted at "2 sided" copying" with no way to change that. the only alternatives under 2 sided copying are "1 - 1 sided"  or  "1 sided - 2 sided".  it skips a page no matter what I choose.  Isnt there a number I can call to speak with a live agent ? thx  dennis

This device does not feature duplex scanning through the ADF. You  can only duplex by placing pages one at a time on the scanner glass and selecting the 1 sided to 2 sided.
