Depending on what you are using to Scan the content,

Open your app / scan software >> Look for - and, if found, select Scan Area = "Entire Scan Area" (or similar)

Examples - HP Smart - Windows - Scan > Document / Photo - Presets and Options

HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Photo_Save_3HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Photo_Save_3

HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Document_Save_5HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Document_Save_5

Note scan size specs

Sample

Product Specifications for the HP DeskJet 2722 All-in-One Printer (7FR53B)

Maximum flatbed scan size (metric)
216 x 297 mm

What else?

Printing "at original" size might be a challenge -- the printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge.

At this writing, DeskJet printers (including this one) require a larger margin along the bottom edge -- 12.7mm (1/2 inch)

Borderless PrintingNo
Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm

If the entirety of the content will not fit on one sheet of paper at "actual size" / 100%,

If your device (computer, tablet, phone) supports it,

Consider - Print in Poster size and spread the CAD file / image over more than one sheet of paper.

General Example - Windows - Adobe Reader DC - Poster

PDF_Document_Poster_CAD_3PDF_Document_Poster_CAD_3

General Example - Windows - Paint - Poster

(Does not support preview, section select, or cut-lines)

Paint_Print_Scale_Poster_300_1Paint_Print_Scale_Poster_300_1
