Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Just scanned a picture, scan worked ok, edited the picture by resizing border, selected "Save", and the application closes, (blows up), and no idea where the scanned pic is.  (HP9010 scanner, Win11, HPSmart app)

And, this answer on google:  " The default save location for scanned documents is the Documents folder and the Pictures library for scanned photos. Save the scan in the default location or browse to a different folder .Jan 13, 2022"  DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!  As there is no new content there, after the app blows up.
