Which model of multi function printer/copier can copy image from flatbed (without using software)?

I learned HP Laserjet Interprise M725dm has to use software to do that.

Your information is wrong. All enterprise devices will scan a document and save it to a folder without any software, assuming that you are network connected and not USB. You can save in different formats such as PDF, JPEG and others.

 

You log into the embedded web server of the printer you do to the scan/digital send. Setup scan to folder.

Sorry, my question was not written right. Which model has function of copy/Xerox mirror image from flat bed without using software? If all use software, is it easy enough to print out mirror image?

A software package called FASTSTONE capture offers vertical and horizontal flip option which should give you the correct mirror image you are looking for. Drivers for some models have a mirror image option as well but typically that will be consumer inkjet models.
