I When i try to scan from my chrome book, my HP ENVY 5055 says "To scan to comp visit 123.hp/setup." i followed all directions and it is saying it is unable to find a drive.

Follow the below steps to access the EWS page and scan using WebScan:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05881028

 

To find the printer's IP click the WiFi icon at the bottom of the printer screen and locate its IP address.
