Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new hp Officejet 7740 is CONNECTED to the internet via att wifi. However when I use the 7740 on screen app for scan to email it will not let me and says has to be connected to the internet. IT IS CONNECTED. How do I get this to work????

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Are you referring to the HP Smart App? If yes, uninstall and reinstall the App and get the Printer connected to it and try again.
