Welcome to the HP Community --

 

There are thousands of printers -- will you tell us which printer model you have?

 

What?

 

Some printers do include Copy Resize, other printers do not.

 

Those that do not include the feature do not include the Resize option on the printer when Copy is selected.

If Resize is not an option on the printer, scan the content > save > print at whatever size you want.

 

Copy is explained in your printer's user manual.
