I can’t find the wps pin to set up my printer for series 2622 HP printer

The location of the PIN on an HP printer can vary depending on the model. Here are some common places to look:


  1. On a sticker: Many HP printers have a sticker on the back, bottom, or inside the cartridge access area with the PIN and other default credentials.
  2. On the printer display: If your printer has a display, you can find the PIN under the wireless settings or WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) settings.
  3. In the user manual: The PIN is often listed in the printer's user manual or documentation that came with the device


If admin (Admin) and 12345678 or the above PIN do not allow login, then get a network status printout or ask Microsoft's Copilot

For Wi-Fi direct printing there is no username, you just need the printers Wi-Fi password that comes from the network status printout.
