I have installed my HPJet 8010 printer on on my computer but every time i try to scan i get the following message 'You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer.'
Can anyone help?

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
