HP PageWide Pro MFP 577dw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

error message: All recipient email addresses are rejected by the server. 

                             Make sure recipient email addresses are correct.

 

Email was sent yesterday from the PageWide Pro MFP 577dw.

The EWS is properly configured and the test email is sent correctly from my PC.

Email will not send today and the above error message is received.

 

HELP!!!!!!!!!

One question, is the email address for outgoing mail on the same network as the server that sends mail. Ie: someone@somewhere.com. Is the outgoing email address and mail.somewhere.com is the mail server. We have seen increased instance where a mismatch due to using a free mail server causes issues.

I do not exactly understand what you mean by your response. 

I set up the printer, used my email address, was able to send email one day and the next I was not. 

I did not make any changes. 

Is what you are saying that I need to create another separate email for the printer?
