hi folks, i have laser jet pro mfp 283 fdw, i could not figure how to opy a 2 sisded document to a 2 sided paper

My question was about automatic copy of 2 sided paper through the ADF. So the output will be 2 sided copy paper

HI,

The Printer ADF scanner only scans 1 side at a time. So a manual reload is needed to copy the 2nd side.

Actually i do appreciate your help. But it was the solution I am looking for my problem. I hope you can understand me and help me.

It is in the maunaual  automatic  copy of both sides. And it is there in the menu of touchscreen 2 sided copy. It only shows printing first page and that is it and give one side copy only.

On the Control panel, there is only 1-sided to 1-side copy and 1-sided to 2-sided copy.  

The questions was  "how to copy a 2 sided document to a 2 sided paper".  There is no such option in the Copy Menu and the only way to do that was what was shared with the HP LaserJet M130 printer (which also has an ADF but it scans single sided as well) to do a 2-sided to 2-sided copy.

I have a screen copy from the manual chapter for copy, there is no option here to upload the picture.

In the touch screen there is an option in the copy menu as 2 sided copy, if u can download the printer manual u will find it in the copy chapter automatic 2 sided copy.

Thanks for the info:

Copy on both sides automatically
1. Load the original documents into the document feeder with the first page facing up, and with the top of the
page leading.
2. Adjust the paper guides to fit the size of the document.
3. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Copy button .
4. Touch the Settings button.
5. Scroll to and touch the Two-Sided button.
6. Swipe through the options, and then touch an option to select it.
7. Touch the Black or Color button to start copying.

At step 5, the Two-Sided button, the only options are 1-sided to 1-sided and 1-sided to 2-sided copy. There is no 2-sided to 2-sided copy option because the ADF only scans 1 side.

>Type of Copy Options

You can have many 1-sided documents and have them copied as 2-sided automatically.  (Printer has Automatic 2-sided printing)
