Hi,

 

I have a question to scanning problem at deskjet 2700 serie.

when I will scanning or copy,  the printed paper is everyone black with many lines.

Software update is new.

What can I do?

You could try a factory reset but more than likely this is a hardware or cable failure that will cost more to fix than replace.
