I used to sign onto my account and press scan   Now it seems I did to download 3 different apps but none of them work    why is it now so complicated???

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing issues.

 

You can run a complete diagnostic check on the printer from the HP print and scan doctor app here, isolate the issue.

 

Once downloaded, open the tool, click on add printer on top and select your printer and click on fix printing option and follow the on screen instructions to complete the diagnostic test and resolve the same.
