changing default page size in scanner user interface

hp LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw.

When Using Adobe Acrobat to Create from scanner, only WIA driver seems to work properly. Acrobat insists on "Show Scanner's user interface" option. This pops up:

I don't know if this is an Adobe or hp interface, but I'd like to change the default page size shown here- Legal- to Letter.

Then I would be happy.

I can't seem to locate the default settings. Any clues?
