Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to scan and send a photo that is in PDF but the recipient only accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, or GIF. How do I adjust my scanner to change from the PDF to one of these?

Have the FULL feature software been installed?

 

If not, this resource will be useful:

 

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

 

After successfully installing the FULL feature software, please check out this resource for photo scanning (JPG):

 

Scan multiple photos with Auto Crop (HP Scan Extended)
